Hi all,

I am in Omaha, NE and have done private acquisitions for a local real estate investment company and am ready to pursue my first personal investment property.

I like the concept of peer to peer or hard money lending and wanted advice or tips on best hard money lenders for “first timers”...

Any recommendations?
