Newby investor and agent... what now?!!!
Hey BP world,
I have been a agent since September in hopes of learning the game and having better insight than the average investor. Having a hard time getting started and getting leads/deals in the pipeline. More so want to focus on investing than traditional buyers and sellers but would be ecstatic to get my first buyer/seller contract under my belt too.
