Should I take 3.5 fixed 2yrs..3.8 fixed 3 yr or 4.8 fixed 5 yr??

I’m working on getting pre approved, so I received a few options..  1st being 3.5 fixed interest over 2 years..  and goes up till year 5 that is 4.8 fixed for rate for 5 years.. I taking the 5 the best option??
