I am currently doing a rental rehab in Fremont, and a few years back I did a flip in rural Wild Rose, on 24th ave. I have done quite a bit in the middle of nowhere.

@Scott Schultz-Thanks for replying. I guess you could say both considering Rural, Wi is in Rural Wisconsin. As a mater of fact those counties are the specific locations I’m interested in...Waupaca, Waushara,etc.

When you say Rural, are you referring to generally country areas around WI or Rural WI in Waupaca County the tiny town?

I get leads in rural Wisconsin areas via estate cases. I am currently working to get a 5-acre property under contract near Appleton. I'm not sure of that one, however.
