Buying a house that is unconditionally withdrawn
Hi,
I just noticed that a house we liked had its status changed to "unconditionally withdrawn". Does that mean it's off market? Can an
offer still be made on it, and how would this affect the sale? Who withdraws it, the seller or the real estate agent? Why?
