Condo fee vs paying own exterior maintenance
I live in the North East, outside of Philadelphia. Wondering if an investment in a condo with a condo fee is worth it if all exterior maintenance is taken care of? How much do you spend on exterior maintenance a year?
The mortgage and condo fee combined will work out to be about $1000 and the rent would be about $1300.
Guess I’m just asking what are your thoughts on paying a condo fee that takes care of everything vs taking on all exterior maintenance on your own?
