Turnkey Closing Costs
Will soon be closing on my first turnkey property. Got an estimated list of closing costs from lender. Just wanted to confirm that all of the following items are typically covered by buyer. Is it worth pushing the turnkey provider to cover any of these closing items? Not sure what is typical or expected having never purchased any property before.
Lender Fees
Credit Report Fees
Appraisal Fee
Lender's Title Insurance
Title-Related Fees
Recording Fee
Transfer Taxes
