New RE broker looking for mentor in wholesaling in Seattle
Hello, I live in Seattle and recently passed broker exam. I currently work full time and most firms ideally want full time agents. Until, I learn more of the business and can make a transition, I can commit to part time. I’ve always been interested in wholesaling, fix and flips, buy and holds. Looking to connect with like minded individuals.
