How to begin investing while living abroad
Hi, I'm interested in learning more about real estate investing and I'm curious to know if there are any investors on these forums that have purchased property while living in a foreign country. I'm a US citizen living in Switzerland. Could you tell me how investing from abroad is different (or similar) from investing while living in a different state? Is access to financing much more difficult while living abroad? Any tips of suggestions you could make for someone just getting started would be much appreciated.
