Hey guys, Every time I listen/read someone's real estate strategy, I see that every deal start with cold calls, letters, etc. How often can you/I find a good property through websites like Hotpads, Zillow, Realtor and Trulia? As a beginner I don't see myself sending letters and making cold calls, at least not now. Thank you!

@Rauni Pacheli Rueda

I buy deals off the MLS, from wholesalers, and direct from sellers posting on FB. I'm only now (2 years in) starting to do some calling of owners directly. So I think you can buy on market deals just make sure you know your criteria and what makes a "deal" for you.
