HUD Housing Access to View Homes?

I am new to this. I was just wondering, I see all these ads for Hud housing and I want to know do you have to pay for the account access or is this a gimmick?

While there are several mirror sites out there that charge, Hudhomestore.com is the official site for all active Hud listings and there is never ever a charge

Tina, what info is it saying you have to pay for? I just went there, looked up a home and downloaded PDFs of the info under the addendum tab. I didn't see anywhere to pay anything, so I'm not sure what that fee is supposed to provide.

Go to HUD Homestore.gov, it is free to view listings HUD REO properties for sale.
