private ownership vs LLC
I am just starting out.....I recently met with a lender who suggested I get financing personally as opposed to my LLC. Informed me that it would be more difficult and expensive to secure financing as an LLC. My concern is the liability that opens me up to personally. Do any seasoned investors have some thoughts on that?
