Located in Denver, CO.

I am looking to get my RE investing journey started this year or I should say really get it started.

I currently have one property in Detroit, I just got on a whim of wanting to get started. Last few days I’ve been seeing how bad of an idea that could turn out to be but so far not too bad.

I am open to partnering out of state/city

I really like the BRRRR strategy but open to all options.

Lol that's just my passion for the city, but awesome you have a house here in Detroit but looking in Denver!

Lol I hear ya! I believe it in too. So far so good with the property, cash flowing and haven't experienced a vacancy yet but trying to prepare for the ups and downs. Are you currently investing in Detroit?
