Investor Friendly Agents in South Jersey & Philly?
Hello!
House flipping has been a growing passion of mine for the past few years. I have been reading books and researching the subject as much as possible.. Southern New Jersey (Camden and Gloucester Counties) and Philadelphia are the two areas I would like to look for my first deal. I have full equity in a rental property which I plan on financing or selling for my capital.
