Need funding assistance for my first purchase
Hello BP Family! I am a new investor anxious to start investing in real estate. My question is does anyone know of any hard money lenders that will fund a project for less than 50k? The property I interested in is priced at 50k. I have the 20% + closing cost, so I would only need an additional $35k - $40k to do the deal. Any thoughts or suggestions?
