Legitimate education material on wholesaling

Hello,

Can any one suggest any legitimate books or educational sites on wholesaling and it’s pratices. It seems there are grey areas when it comes to wholesaling in California and as I educate myself to start my business I want to ensure my sources are good. Based on what I’ve read in other discussion I think it’s probably best to get a real estate license to cover my butt.
