Need eyes on the ground in St. Louis, Missouri?
I actually live south of St. Louis, but have NO problem making trips there since I plan to start investing there myself. If anyone needs "eyes on the ground" regardless of if you're local and in a place where you can't view the property yourself and you need to OR if you're an out of state investor, contact me.
