I am looking to connect with someone that invests in Aurora, IL. I've found that it may be easier to start somewhere that I am more familiar with. I am looking to begin wholesaling but feel like I never see anyone talk about wholesaling in Aurora. If anyway has input on the Aurora market please feel free to share with me!

Account Closed thanks for responding. I was just looking for some discussion. Aurora is such a big city but I never hear or see anyone talk about investing potential here. I’ve mostly seen people reference surrounding cities such as Naperville, Batavia, etc.

There some discussion here and there, but for the most part yes not as much discussion for how large the city is. If you setup the right keyword searches you can be alerted to the conversations just as I was for this one.

What are you investing goals for 2019 and where would you like to target your marketing in Aurora?
