Howdy- I have properties in Loveland, FoCo, and Longmont. I haven't been to networking events for about 9 months, so I'm looking forward to getting back into that b/c there's really great people up here! In December I had an investor in Loveland team up with me, and the property I got for him and myself is making 5x cashflow than his other property in the area.
