Amateur wholesaler needs help in comparisons
Hello Guys,
I have been doing some research into real estate, as to what type of business that fits my interest and financial situation best. I chose whole sailing, however I have no clue on how to do price comparisons :( I watch YouTube videos, but no one gives examples on how to calculate a proper comp price or give example case studies. Coming from an engineering background, I am used to following formulas and stats but i don't really see any of that. Can someone please lead me into the right direction.
