Investing in Real Estate
Hello, I have my friend who does real estate and I want to patner you with him. So here are the numbers. I put $5k and after 6-9 months I will get around $1650 back. The net profit of the house is $33000 and I will get 5% so that is $1650. Is it a good investment? Also is 6-9 too long for that amount? Thanks
