As a new investor, one thing I noticed was I had a hard time knowing where to go to find the information I needed.
What websites do you all use to find information like, property taxes, population size, school districts, path of progress, level of crime, potential expenses for utilities.
I think this information will be beneficial to many new investors that are trying to figure out where to go to get the information to analyze a deal properly.
