Cash on hand but no credit.
So I am looking to start investing rental properties. Still in the beginning stage of the topic. Whole alot to learn before start pulling the trigger.
I have saved few dollars past several years. Around 75k. However, i filed bankruptcy about 8 years ago. What is the best way to start my rental property journey? Looking for some advice on my first steps.
