Question on Rental Property Calculator
I am a newbie and just tried the Rental Property Calculator for the first time. I revised the purchase price and raised rental income to try to get a 12% Cash on Cash ROI. Once that was done, there is a figure underneath monthly cash flow that no matter what numbers I put in would always say NO! Can someone tell me where this figure is generating from? No matter what numbers I put in, even when I had a 18.06% Cash on Cash ROI the figure was $6,194.40 and said NO!. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.
