Raleigh Rental Properties

Karen Ade
Posted

Hi,

I am looking to buy my first investment property in the Raleigh NC area.  Ideally, something close to one of the colleges, so I can rent to college students.   If you have any ideas or suggestions on how to get started, feel free to contact me.

Thank you

NC State alum here. Property is extremely expensive close to downtown. I would look at anything off of avent ferry rd or gorman st. HIllsborough St is good too but could be really pricey because that is the main strip. Feel free to pm me if you have any questions!
