Any realtors/agents in the Vegas area?

I am thinking of moving out there in 3 years or so but want to get a head start in having a property that can cash flow for me. Seems the prices have a chance to go up a little more with a lot going on there in terms for the cities future?

I've read some threads where MF's would be a bad idea and condos or SFH would be better. I'd be open to anything. Does anyone have a referral to an agent that has experience with investors?
