Anyone joined FlipNerd Coaching? If so, what was your experience?

I am about to move my family across the country and considering making investing my full-time job. Would it be wise to pay for coaching to shorten the learning curve? Thanks

After signing up for FlipNerd coaching, I wanted to reply to my own question about my experience. I was hesitant because of the weekend guru's out there, but this group is quite the opposite. I have found the training to be a simple and practical  paint by numbers course that anyone dedicated can work through. Personally I signed up for coaching a few months before moving my family to a new city, I worked hard to implement setting up my business and began marketing. I have only been in my new city for 5 weeks and already have 5 properties under contract. There is no way I would be moving this fast if it wasn't for the training, but especially the coaching. The coaching calls and private group are gold, you can ask any question and get great feedback from people who have done this for years. The investment is minimal especially when compared to what you will gain. If you are starting out or just want to do more deals - give them a call!

I have looked at that particular program, and also the one with Michael Blank, who is actually in the DC area where I live. I was just curious about the cost of the flipnerd coaching ?  3 to 5 thousand ?

I joined the FlipNerd Coaching program five months ago and I have no regrets.  This group is the real deal and you don’t have to keep paying for more information.  When you join, you ask your questions and get real answers from people that have been in the business for years.  Good luck!
