Hey guys! I was just wondering if anyone had a way to start investing with no money down. I don't really understand the wholesale thing, and family is out of the question. Did anyone do something different and was still able to get started? I'm in Augusta, GA.

Brandon Turner's book would require a small outlay of cash, but it's literally called "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down: Real Life Strategies for Investing in Real Estate Using Other People's Money"
