My name is Humberto F. Padilla and this is my humble introduction. I am an experienced
Loan Officer(6 Years) that is thrilled with the idea of investing in today's R.E market. Looking to slowly get away from doing loans and focus more on REI. I am just in love with the opportunities that it can give me and my family if I do this the right way. For now, I am soaking up all the info. that I can get so that I can perfect the art of wholesaling. I want to start of wholesaling since it doesn't require my own credit and/or money.
