My first Investment
Hi all, Just opened my LLC in FL. Waiting to move some money around to look for my first investment. The idea will be to flip it as quick as possible. I am going to start looking in the Deltona FL Area.
What I need is a Spreadsheet or something to make the numbers before I put any offers on any properties.
Example.
Acquisition price plus all costs vs ARV
Costs:
maintenance
repairs
HOI
HOA
mort payments
taxes
repairs
etc etc etc
