Hello BiggerPockets community,

I am currently a full time student studying finance as well as working a part time job in property management on the side to support my wife and I as we go through school.

I love Real Estate and spend the majority of my free time (which is almost none existent) reading books, listening to podcasts, and spending time on the BP forums. I also practice analyzing deals as often as possible.

I am in the situation where I have made the decision that I want Real Estate to be a big position to financial freedom and I have the desire to make that happen. I wanted to see if anyone had any advice or personal experience on how someone in my situation with very little experience and not a lot time or money can start investing in Real Estate.

Your responses are appreciated!
