What is your favorite CRM and why?

Good morning BP!

I am looking for a good CRM that will help me streamline communications down the road and track contacts while continuously creating touch points throughout the year. I was thinking of starting by having an automated workflow/ task contact me and then I personally reach out to them (in the beginning). Then eventually moving into a multi-channel CRM for more multi-faceted engagement.

Do you use a CRM that can provide email reminders for a set number of days from the start? It would be roughly 24 email reminders/ year.

@Kyle Mitchell Does Hubspot have automated workflows? I am wanting to setup a reminder that is sent to me for each contact that is a specific number of days ou (eg 30,60,90,120). This would really help me out alot. Thanks

Hello Kevin

Podio can have a lot of aspects that are in my opinion overwhelming to someone who only wants to use it for a specific workflow. I suggest looking at a custom version that will fit your needs without the fluff. It’s certainly scalable to grow with your operation. Especially growing from doing the work yourself to bringing on virtual assistants to do lead intake and acquisition managers to handle your offers and closings.

And yes, a very robust followup campaign system but it’s not out of the box.

@Patrick Jackson I have attempted to use Podio before. At least in the past their support for a trial version was not very helpful. I do like the fact that you can run multiple "businesses" from one account. But they had so many add-on apps it was intense. I should take a look again. Do you know if they have automated workflows that will send specific users reminder emails? THanks

I have  been successful with Podio. I use it for lead management as well as task management. It’s very robust and not too expensive if it’s set up correctly.

@Kevin OBrien I have been using HubSpot recently and so far I really like it.  Plus it's free!  I've only been using for about a week now but it seems to have all of the functionality that I need to this point and it's very user friendly.
