I’m at that point where I want to start investing in real state. I am not sure how to start, not sure if what I have saved is right, not sure if I should buy a good house for myself and then start looking for other deals. Where would be a good starting point?

@Alvaro Rodriguez There is never a "perfect" time to get started investing in real estate, but a lot of good ones. Do you feel like you are in the right financial position to get started? For a first deal have you identified a strategy, a market, price range, a team (agent, investors, property manager, lender, etc.), risk mitigation plan? You don't need all of these to get started (or necessarily any of them), but a lot of factors should be considered when starting your investing journey.
