Chances of buying HUD in CA
Hello the respected BiggerPockets team!
Is it possible in reality to buy HUD home in CA somewhere Ventura-Simi Valley-Camarillo-Oxnard or Lancaster-Lake Los Angeles, etc. (would be bidding as a tenant, living there, renovating at least 2 years) for ~150K? Your opinions and thoughts much appreciated. Background: trying to buy my primary residence within ~2 hours drive from LA (I know-I know, it's not how a real investor should think) possibly flip or hold
