Good investment even for an economic downturn
I am just starting in Real estate investing. I am trying to buy three properties totaling $155,000. I am buying them with a Commercial loan at 6% for 15 years. Rent will bring in $2050/month. To get the loan I am using 15 acres of my property as collateral for the 20% down. Is this a good deal or is there a better way?
