Best area for first rental property
What’s everyone’s opinion for best area for first rental property, I’ve been reading some good books, and want to start investing this year, I currently live in CA but would invest out of state, i will have about 25k in the bank that I can use as a down payment when the time to buy comes. Any advice would help, Thank you
