Has anyone ever used the connected investors exchange site,

https://cix.connectedinvestors.com/ to find a private lender?

Why do people want to go online to find lenders. This is the #1 easiest way to get scammed!!!

Look for someone in your area. Look for hard money lenders, NOT private lenders because they are not private lenders no matter what they sound like or talk like, they are not.

Become involved in your local REIA. Start a local REIA. You have to be able to talk with the lender, go to their office. You have to know that they are for real. Ask them who else they have done loans with in your area.

Stop looking online for money, you will only get scammed!!!
