Refinance with NO Closing Costs
Hi All!
I’m new to real estate and just purchased my first rental property. We ended up doing more rehab work to this property than we had originally thought we’d have time for. We ended up saving money by being able to do a lot of it ourselves and found some pretty good deals on new appliances and DIY’ing some items in the house. It is possible to Cash out refi with no closing costs or minimal closing costs? We just have a conventional loan with a large bank and wondering what options would be to pull money out.
