Hello, BP! Looking to house hack and connect in Northern Jersey

So a few weeks into starting my REI research, of course THIS happens: our landlord in Brooklyn tells us they are not renewing our lease in May in order to demo the property (beautiful old row house) and build a multi. Hats off to the investors but now I'm out of a house! So the game is on to get out of renting and into a potential house hack outside of the city (Northern Jersey). Looking to connect with investor realtors, lenders, and of course any investors/house hackers who have made it happen in this pricey area. Thanks, BP!
