Where are you investing and why?
I live in Southern California. Single. No kids. Don’t make crazy money but have saved 25,000 - 30,000$ to invest into real estate. I know it’s possible to invest here in California but would you say I could stretch this amount of money farther in different locations? Or save more and try to invest in my state?
