Finding Info for the BP Calculator
I am trying to use the wonderful BP calculators, but am stumped as to where to find much of the requested information. I googled some of the information but they are generalizations, and I am still not confident. How do I know things like the cost of water and sewer, loan points, ARV (without an agent to pull comps), Capital Expenditures, or any other number of items without fully engaging the seller?
