should I pay for RE education and network?

Question

I've attended a Renatus event and have been speaking to a member who is successfully investing in properties and he is making me a believer of the program, but I've been hearing a whole lot of negative feed back on this program, what should I do? I need to be mentored in RE and have a network, should I pay for it?

Apparently Renatus provides you with all legal documents thats needed when making a deal, plus a network of other investors, lenders, agents, whoever is needed in the process of closing on a deal, plus mentors and up to date info on legalities in RE'ing. It just sounds like a good deal, but ide like all the input I can get before making that $2,000 payment for this program...

Depends. How do you learn? All of the info you will receive in anyone's program is available for free online. Here on Bigger Pockets, YouTube, Facebook etc...Some people like to self learn & it's all there. If you like to self learn you don't need to spend much if anything.

Others want someone to work with them one on one  streamline all of it in an easy to understand format. If that's you then paying for education might not be a bad move.
