As a beginner in wholesaling what tools should I start with for CRM, etc.? I already have an out of state rental but would like to wholesale locally.

@Ron ParnasoThe first thing you need before wholesaling is education. You can find a lot of great videos on this topic on YouTube, local meet ups and books. Two books I recommend are Real Estate Wholesaling Bible and Finding and Funding great deals.
