Sales Training for Newbies?

Hello,

I'am very curious to know if anyone can point me in the direction of any good sales training programs. I have currently started cold calling my lists of leads and find myself not getting all I feel I should off the phones. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

@Corey Czajkowski You may want to read a few books on the topic. As a former sales executive, I have found Jeffrey Gitomer books very helpful. Hope that helps!
