Good morning.  I am fairly new to Biggerpockets.  This is my first post.  I am inquiring about Dallas real estate investors to show me some of the details I might not be privy to through books, podcast, etc for my first flip.  I have gained knowledge through reading, podcasts and my finance background. I will be a sponge soaking up the knowledge.  Dallas market expertise would be much appreciated!

@Kenny Presley, Jr. Ahh I see. Thats a tall order Kenny. In my experience the people who have the knowledge, wisdom and experience you are looking for typically dont have the time or the desire to spend a whole lot of time showing newbies the ropes. Your best result will probably come from going to local REIAs and REI meetups here in the DFW and gaining knowledge that way. Anyone that is going to be truly valuable to you is going to want to be compensated for their time and that in itself is a controversial issue. But there are some really great meetup groups here, PM me and I will share the ones I know of.
