My first AirBnB investment

Hello all, I recently got into real estate investing. I bought a brand new condo in Boston in upcoming Dorchester and am looking to make it an AirBnB investment, making it my first venture. I am looking for any help or guidance on how to set this up, what are the challenges in boston real estate for AirBnB. Any input is appreciated. Thanks

Also, make sure the HOA agrees with STR.
