Finding middle ground with my wife

My wife and I are looking to start our journey in REI. We both want to start, but we have different views on the type of properties, location, vacancy vs. occupied, etc. Is there any advice to get us both paddling our boat in the same direction?

This is a slightly different question than just help with analyzing properties, but I feel it’s relevant to most married investors.

Thanks Guys!!!
