Sell or do a cashout refi ?
Should I sell or do a cash refi on my personal property? I owe 90k worth 150k. Here’s the problem, if I do a cash out I would keep my current property as a rental and use the rest of the cash to buy a new personal property. Is that a good idea? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
