Christian,

i'd say you need to figure out what exactly you want to do in real estate. Are you interested in being a broker? Are you interested in leasing? or if its investing do you want to do single family? fix n flips? buy n hold? multi family? Land? storage? mobile homes... the list goes on... Like any business figure out the end goal and work backwards.
