Hi everyone,

Are there any resources/web sites that I can zoom in with common search criteria like good school district, crime status, growth forecast, historical sale, etc.. ?

Regards,

Stanley

Hi Stanley,

There is no short cut here.  You gotta do your own homework on everything you listed above and then drive the area and see for yourself.  Stats and online-only tells you part of the story, the other part will be known once you see and feel the neighborhoods you want to invest in.
